About Our Company

In 1977 Steve Pearman founded S.E. Pearman General Contracting out of
Bakersfield, California, working as a general contractor on service stations,
concrete construction, heavy earth moving, fuel piping and tank installation. 
The business came to Idaho in the early 1990s and established itself as a
dependable excavation company.

Nathan Pearman, Steve’s son, joined the company in 2001 and after completing
college at Boise State University with a degree in Construction Management,
and re-organized the operation under Pearman Contracting, LLC.
